In The Summer

How are your summer holidays going? Hope the weather's being good to you. :)

 

I've got a bright and summery creation to share with you today. The new challenge theme at One Stitch At A Time is "In The Summer" and I chose to work with Stitchy Stamp's fabulously sassy Summer Shades digi stamp:

 

 

I coloured the image with my Promarkers and fussy cut her out:

 

 

I used some lovely bright summery papers and teamed them with white card for matting and a die-cut fancy oval frame, attaching the frame and the fussy-cut image with foam pads:

 

 

I also added some summery layered ribbons and used Stickles to create some sparkly flourishes..

 

 

...and some corner detail:
