Fun with Flourishes...

I was immediately inspired by the new challenge theme at Fun With ATCs....

The theme is Flourishes and for some reason I immediately thought of using a flourish to depict flowing hair:

I made the background by blending Distress Inks and flicking with water and I hand drew the face onto copier paper and coloured it in with Prismacolour pencils. I stamped the flourish (from the Everything Eleanor stamp set from Stampin' Up!) a couple of times using black Archival ink and then glued the face in place and, to finish, stamped parts of the flourish over the face.
